Submissions For Exhibition or Representation

18Karat, one of Toronto's oldest goldsmithing studios has opened its doors to local artisans seeking to display their work in a downtown location. We are interested in artist who work in any media within the realm of jewellery - must be able to be worn on the body (exceptions to be made in collaborations or group exhibitions).

We welome submissions for artists seeking representation throughout the year, as well as exhibition proposals. We do not make appointments to view portfolios nor do we spontaneiously view portfolios before we have reviewed and processed your submission. We greatly encourage email submissions.

Option A: Email
-Attach a maximum of 5 low resolution images.
Please include the following within the email or attached in a seperate Word document:
-an image list including titles, media, and dimensions of each work.
-artist statement and resume
-proposals for exhibition, including concept and number of artists and pieces. (Does not apply to those seeking representation).
-contact information.

Option B: Mail
-Include a maximum of 5 images including titles, media, and dimensions, artist statement, resume, contact information, and proposal for exhibition on a CD-ROM with your name clearly printed using permanent marker.
