Gail grew up with a Tom Thomson painting hanging in her family home; a gift from the artist to her grandparents. She remembered it fondly and commissioned us to create a piece that recalled the same feeling - the feeling of home.

Using an unusual green gemstone - uvarovite (a green garnet crystal) - we created an organic setting using both white and yellow gold; a design that recalls the trees so beautifully expressed in the Group of Seven's landscape paintings.
